I cant thank these wonderful people enough. our family is in our dream home. our escrow was a crazy one but this team supported our decision to hang in there because we loved the home. always there with positive and encouraging words. I feel like they held my hand through the process, and went over and beyond to make buying our new home possible. I truelt love them and thank them so much, they actually felt like family through this process.

Pat DeBonis has been amazing help us find a home and made the process so much easier than any other agent we have ever had. My experience with the DeBonis team was outstanding throughout the entire process. Patrick was my agent and from day one he started going the extra mile. A couple of homes that I was interested in had unusual situations, such as a selling agent that wasn't responsive or otherwise tough to work with. Patrick was able to work through these situations which gave me a huge advantage over others in the market. One of the most important things to me was that in each situation that came up (from termites, funding, negotiations, etc.) he had answers right away as he's seen it all and been through it many times before, yet he would always take the time to explain things thoroughly at my level.Patrick always picked up my calls or got back to me right afterwards, he's excellent about communication and making his clients informed and at ease. I live a bit outside of Riverside County so this was huge for me.
